Shipping Policy

We ship your order quickly and reliably with DHL.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat rate per order for shipping:

• Germany: €4.90
• Austria: €12.90
• Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands only): €14.90

From a gross order value of €75.00, we ship free of charge within Germany. From a gross order value of €100.00, we ship free of charge to Austria as well as to the Spanish mainland and the Balearic Islands.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are generally as follows:

• Germany: 1–3 business days
• Austria: 2–3 business days
• Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands): 5–10 business days

Please note that in individual cases, particularly around public holidays or during periods of high shipping volume, delivery times may be longer.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the relevant tracking information.

Customs and Import Duties

No additional customs duties apply to deliveries within Germany, or to Austria and the Spanish mainland and Balearic Islands.

Shipping to Spain

We only ship to the Spanish mainland and the Balearic Islands. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
